Delivery charges within Germany:

For deliveries within Germany we charge an extra 7,50 € per order incl. VAT.

Goods will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days. We shall not be liable for the compliance of a certain date of delivery except when it has been confirmed by us in writing.

Delivery will be provided while stock lasts. If a certain item is not available, we will inform you immediately.

Delivery charges outside of Germany (standard delivery up to 4kg, prices include 19% VAT):

EEA countries: 19,95 €

Great Britain: 19,95 €

Switzerland, Lichtenstein & Norway: 34,95 €

Worldwide: 69,95 €

Australia, New Zeeland, Singapore & Brazil: 101,09 €

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery charges for bulky goods (such as rims and aerodynamic-parts) may vary from the standard shipping costs to your specific country. Express delivery varies from standard delivery! Extra shipping costs will be displayed during the check-out process.

Depending on the country the goods are shipped to, delivery time can vary drastically.

Purchases from outside of Germany can result in import costs and taxes, which fall due once the product reaches its designated country. The potential extra costs resulting from customs clearance are to be paid by the recipient of the goods as customs regulations vary from country to country and ALPINA does not have any control over these costs. ALPINA is therefore unable to give detailed information on any eventual costs. For further information please contact your local customs authorities.

Important note

Please check immediately after receiving your order if it is complete and correct comparing it to the enclosed delivery note. Any claims have to be issued within 3 days. After this period no complaints can be accepted. In case of damaged items, please inform the carrier immediately and file a damage protocol.
